Framers Finish Up
By the end of March, they were wrapping the house with Typar. Since most people in this area use Tyvek, the Typar had to be brought down from Sussex county by the framers. I needed Typar because it is able to withstand sunlight while the Tyvek can only be left uncovered for 1 month before it begins to deteriorate.
The windows for the front bedrooms and stairhall were delivered on the framers last day. I helped install them.
