Slab Preparation
Before we could install the tubing and prepare for the pour, I had to build the manifolds. I purchased the tubing connectors manifold tees and valves. Then they were assembled, soldered, and installed in the closet wall.

The pour was scheduled for Friday, January 17th. On Monday of that week, John the mason, his helper, and Michael Kubrov, and myself installed most of the job
Roofing felt went down first. Then wire mesh, tubes, and more wire mesh.
Tuesday I connected the tubing to the manifolds and tested the system.
The rest of the week I worked with Michael to prepare. We had to finish installing the second layer of mesh, and make sure everything was tied down tight.
To get the concrete in, we built a ramp from the front door over the planter and down to the ground on the porch side of the house. Elaine wasn't happy that I had to cut down the Hue bush to do this.
